Our Core Values define who we are. They are the driving force in our lives, work and educational initiatives. We define these values with the acronym EPIC which stands for Ethics, Principles, Integrity and Continuity. We expect our associates and partners to adhere to a comparable foundation of principles in order to continue working with us.
These Core Values are not based on any theological principles or concepts. They simply define how a civilized society should function to maintain reasonable peace and harmony among all members. It is about mutual understanding and collaboration without suppressing individualism or creativity.

Our ethics are based on the principle of a sound moral foundation, without which the rest is meaningless. This foundation allows us to be openly creative and diverse in our work and daily life.
